Vijay Devarakonda is getting ready to conquer Bollywood with his upcoming sports based entertainer Liger. The film is progressing at a brisk pace in the exotic locations of Goa under the direction of Puri Jagannath. Many of his fans and movie lovers got disappointed as Liger makers didnot announce the film’s release date though theatres across the country started opening up unlike other Bollywood counterparts.
Vijay Devarakonda speaking to scribes shared the real reason behind Liger delay. He said the makers are planning a two week US schedule and waiting for visa permissions from the officials to plan the schedule. He said once that schedule is finalised, they can finalise the release date. He said the film’s release will be somewhere next year.
It is known that Vijay Devarakonda is locking horns with the boxing legend Mike Tyson. The makers are planning to shoot high octane scenes involving Vijay Devarakonda and Mike Tyson in US. Vijay Devarakonda is playing the role of a boxer in the film and is romancing Ananya Pandey in his Bollywood debut film.
