Renowned fitness trainer Kuldeep Sethi speaking to scribes, spoke about Tollywood stars and their fitness levels. Here is what he spoke about various stars.
Ram Charan
I got introduced to Ram Charan in 2004. I started training and trained him in Bangkok in Chiruta. Later Rajamouli gave a sketch for Magadheera. He told me where shoulders should be and how chest shouldn't increase and accordingly I chiseled Charan's physique. With Ram Charan liking my training, I got the lucky break to work with Mga Star Chiranjeevi'
Chiranjeevi
Chiranjeevi does action scenes without body doubles. So he experiences a lot of physical troubles. However, his troubles and hard work are not seen either in front of the camera or in the gym. Even now many youngsters cannot do workouts like him.
Vijay Devarakonda
I like all the stars. However, I got connected to Vijay Devarakonda. I am training him for Liger. He does n number of workouts silently. However, he is a foodie. I force him to eat a lot. Though he is a big star, he doesn't look for special treatment.
Karthikeya
Karthikeya's physique is the best. Though I am training him, I get inspired by him.
Rashi Khanna
Rashi Khanna gets bored easily with the same workouts. I have to change workouts all the time.
Rashmika Mandanna
Though I ask her to stop, Rashmika continues her workouts. I forcibly throw her out of the gym.
