People of the country are celebrating the 75th Independence day and in the midst of all these shocking rumors are spreading that Mega Power Star Ram Charan insulted the tricolor. This may make people question how can Ram Charan who is starring in a patriotic entertainer RRR along with Ram Charan in the direction of Rajamouli insult the tricolor.
It is known that Ram Charan is the brand ambassador for Happy Mobiles. The company came with full-page ads on Independence Day with Ram Charan holding the Indian flag. But people accused Ram Charan of insulting the tricolor as the flag did not have the Ashoka Chakra in the middle.
According to the National Flag act of 2002, displaying the flag without Ashoka Chakra is a crime. However Happy Mobiles responding to the controversy surrounding the ad said clarified that for advertisements one can use a symbol resembling a national flag and it is not a crime. It has to be seen whether the controversy will end here or not.
