Star director Sukumar's protege Buchichibabu Sana created a sensation with Uppena on debut. The film starring newcomers Vaishnav Tej and Kriti Shetty broke all records at the box office.
Right after that many stars showed interest in teaming with him and Buchchibabu planned to direct Young Tiger NTR. NTR also gave a green signal after liking Buchchibabu's script. Rumors spread that Buchchibabu planned to show NTR in a sports-based entertainer in a rural backdrop in Andhra Pradesh.
However, though NTR liked the story, he is unable to take the project to sets quickly due to his busy schedule. It is known that NTR is currently busy with RRR and has projects with Koratala Shiva and Prashant Neel. So NTR promised Buchchibabu Sana that he will do the project by the second half of 2022 and asked him to wait.
Buchchibabu who realized that he has time till next year is now planning to do another film. He decided to team with Vaishnav Tej once again and Mythri Movie Makers will be producing the project. Though many top banners contacted him to do projects under them, as Buchchibabu committed himself to do another film for Mythri, he is planning to do the film in their banner. It has to be seen whether Vaishnav Tej will give a green signal to Buchchibabu Sana.
