The ruling YSRCP government in AP has decided to reopen the schools on August 16. That's not all. There are many surprises in store in which some decisions turned rebellious.
According to the reports, the first phase of Nadu-Nedu will be dedicated on August 16 while the launch of Nadu-Nedu 2nd phase will be done. Besides, Jagananna Vidya Kaanuka school kits will be distributed among the students.
And then, the government will officially announce the 'New Education Policy - 2021'. There will be drastic changes in the school education system with these adaptations.
Reportedly, the schools will be categorized into 6 types. They are; Satellite Foundation Schools (PP-1, PP-2), Foundation Schools (PP-1, PP-2, 1,2, 3 classes), Foundation Plus Schools (PP-1, PP-2, 1,2, 3,4, 5 classes), Pre-High Schools (PP-1, PP-2, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 classes), High Schools (3 to 10 classes) and High School Plus (3 to 12 classes).
However, there are apprehensions from teachers as they are afraid that they would be demoted to the lower classes with the merger and divisions of schools. To escape from the severe unrest among teachers, the government needs to give promotions and incentives to the teachers concerned with immediate effect.
