Any star would love to be a part of Rajamouli's project at least once in his career. Rajamouli has a 100% success rate and heroes who starred in films turned out to be superstars.
However, all the heroes who star in his films allot him dates in bulk and do not sign other projects for years. Once heroes sign the dotted line with Rajamouli, they have to be with him till the completion of the project without signing other projects.
Though Rajamouli takes years to complete projects, heroes will get sensational stardom after the project's release. The best example is Prabhas who worked for Baahubali for more than four years. NTR, Raviteja, Nani, and all those who starred in Rajamouli's direction did not sign other projects or shoot for other films.
However, it seems only Ram Charan has special leverage with Rajamouli. Ram Charan is currently starring in RRR multi starrer along with NTR under Rajamouli's direction. He is also shooting simultaneously for his dad Chiranjeevi's Acharya. Many at first thought that Rajamouli permitted Ram Charan as the role in Acharya is just for a couple of minutes. But now everyone knows that Ram Charan is doing a full-length role in Acharya and is also romancing Pooja Hegde in the film.
He is currently shooting for RRR and will simultaneously shoot for his role in Acharya. Rajamouli's leverage for Ram Charan is becoming that talking point in Tollywood.
