Star director Puri Jagan of late has started Puri Musings where he discusses about wide variety of topics cutting across the generations. In his latest podcast, the director discussed the increasing divorce cases across the world due to the pandemic.
Puri Jagan said that China and US witnessed the maximum divroce cases upon the pandemic. While cases in India are less but it is growing at an alarming rate. He said that states like Gujarat, Mumbai, Andhra Pradesh see maximum divorce cases.
The director added expectations and freedom as the cause for divorce cases surging. He advised the married couple to talk less, stay active on WhatsApp and remain active via phone calls through friends. He said that this is how one can save marriage in pandemic.
