Director Shankar and Tamil production house, Lyca Productions are in a legal battle on ‘Indian 2.’ The film was just half completed and with differences between Shankar and Lyca, the director left the film midway and all set to direct Mega hero Ram Charan.
So Lyca has dragged Shankar to the Madras High Court and the next hearing is scheduled on June 4th. But Lyca gave a huge shock to Shankar by writing to the Telugu Film Chamber and Hindi Film Chamber. In this letter Lyca urged their respective industries to not let Shankar direct any film until he completes ‘Indian 2.’
This letter could have severe consequences. Shankar has already filed a counter petition in the Madras High Court and he threw the blame on Lyca and Kamal Haasan.
Now we hear that the Universal hero is ready to shoot for the film and if this happens, the film with Ram Charan might get delayed.
