There appeared to be a clear breach between the teachers, students and the ruling YSRCP government in the AP. Jagan Reddy's decision to go ahead with the conduct of SSC and Intermediate board examinations erupted a huge controversy in the state at the moment.
The teacher unions like UTF and STU have demanded the government to take its decision back to conduct the SSC and Inter examinations. The press notes of the teacher unions read a total of more than 100 teachers were dead due to COVID-19 and many more teachers and students are being infected with the contagion. They urged the government to cancel the examinations and to declare holidays to control the spread of the virus.
On the other hand, teacher MLCs are also protesting against Jagan Reddy's decision. They appealed the lives of students and teachers not to be put in risk with the adamant decision of the government.
The students and their parents panic over the government's adamant attitude on SSC examinations and are seen getting furious over Jagan Reddy.
The Janasena chief Power Star Pawan Kalyan, in his latest press note, appealed to the government to cancel 10th class examinations.
All in all, a cold war is happening between the teachers, students and the YCP government in the state.
