Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab, which hit screens on 9th of April, carried blockbuster reports on day one and minted record collections world wide. The film's producer Dil Raju issued strict orders to the distributors not to disclose the official collections of the film as the AP government is jealously taking some cruel decisions against the ticket hike and special shows of the film.
On the other hand, fans and movie lovers are curious to learn the collections of the film.
According to some unofficial sources, the film minted Rs.40+ crore share (almost 50% of the total investments) on day one world wide. In AP and Telangana alone the film collected Rs.33 crores share which includes Rs.10+ crore share in Telangana, Rs.4.20 crore share in Ceded, Rs.1.70 crore share in Nellore and Rs.3.95 crore in Guntur.
On a whole, the film stands at 4th place next to Baahubali 2, Sye Raa and Saaho among the day one top grossers.
In the prevailing COVID circumstances and the AP government's wicked attempts to prevent the box office domination of Vakeel Saab, the day one share is certainly phenomenal and it simply indicates the Power 'Star Power'.
