Chiranjeevi has created his niche for himself in tinsel town. The resounding success of Indra is no exaggeration and the movie is listed in one of the all-time hits of Megastar. Directed by B Gopal, Indra was released on July 24, 2002.
Starring Aarti Aggarwal and Sonali Bindre, the film stars Aarti Agarwal and Sonali Bindre in the lead roles. Bankrolled by Aswini Dutt under of Vyjayanti Movies, the film went on to rake in Rs35 crores which was no feat back then. The film got opening in huge centers and went on to sold tickets over 2 crores which is no ordinary feat.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi will be next seen in Acharya. Directed by Koratala Siva, the film stars Ram Charan, Kajal Aggarwal whihc is geraing up for release on May 13. Acharya deals with the embezzlement in the Endowments Department. For the first time, father-son will be seen sharing screen space in full fledged role.
