The Telangana state government employees are at cloud nine. Literally, they have reckoned all their woes have been vanished at once after the CM KCR pronounced a heap of sops including a long awaited PRC to them.
In point of fact, there had been an unrest developed among the employees as neither PRC nor an Interim Relief pledged by the TRS government for a long time. Finally, the government has decided to solve the employees prolonged issues.
The CM announced 30% fitment to employed and family pension to the CPS employees. And then, retirement age has been increased from existing 58 to 61 years. Further, retirement gratuity is hiked from 12 lakhs to 16 lakhs while addditional pension age limit is slashed from 75 to 70. The new PRC will come into force from 1st of April.
Right now, employees are showering praises on KCR's kind gesture towards them. Ahead of Nagarjuna Sagar bypolls, this is surely a good omen for the TRS government.
