Sandeep Reddy Vanga who delivered a blockbuster with his debut film Arjun Reddy in Telugu and then with the remake Kabir Singh in Bollywood dreamed to make his next with superstar Mahesh Babu. The ‘Sarileru Naakevvaru’ star too showed interest in working with the director, but he wasn’t convinced with the story narrated by Sandeep.
While Mahesh Babu likes to do simple stories with no major physical transformation, Sandeep penned the protagonist’s role in a way that he behaves much arrogant than Arjun Reddy. Thus, Mahesh Babu who felt the story is not his type as refused it. The film titled Animal then went to Ranbir Kapoor.
However, Mahesh Babu and Sandeep Reddy Vanga will be working together for an ad commercial. It is heard that, the officials of the brand suggested Sandeep’s name to Mahesh Babu and he said yes. The shoot will take place for a day in a studio in Hyderabad.
On the other hand, Mahesh Babu is shooting for Sarkaru Vaari Paata under Parasuram’s direction.
