Director Harish Shankar was one of the guests for the grand release event of Sharwanand’s Sreekaram hitting the screens tomorrow. However, the director said he is one of the hosts of the event as 14 Reels Plus started its journey with his film and almost every technician worked for the film are his team. He threw some spoilers about the film which indeed hyped expectations.
Harish Shankar said he watched the film and was awestruck by the concept. He revealed that Sharwa doesn’t call anyone by their names- he will call them as babai, pinni etc. “We as writers and creators have the creative struggle of balancing aesthetics and economics. We have insecurity in making a commercial film. But, Sreekaram broke all the insecurities. You will see the honesty in the film.”
Harish Shankar leaked few heart touching dialogues from the film. He also revealed climax sequence of an emotional attachment between father and son. Everyone enjoyed Harish Shankar’s speech as he disclosed many interesting facts of the film.
He then requested Honorable Minister KTR to look for the possibilities of giving tax exemption for the film. KTR too responded positively and stated he will definitely tried hard for tax exemption for the film.
