Superstar Mahesh Babu always practices what he preaches on silver screen and thus bats for the good causes for the benefit of the society in real life. It is known that Mahesh Babu advocated adopting of villages in Srimanthudu, weekend farming in Maharshi, following rules in Bharat Ane Nenu. He set an example by adopting villages in real life, asking people to follow rules etc.
Now, Mahesh Babu promoted Telangana government's initiative Vriksharchana by sharing the video of him planting saplings along with his children Gautam and Sitara as a part of the Green India challenge few years back. Sharing his feelings he posted, “Planting and nurturing trees is one of the best ways to reduce global warming. Let’s join MP Santosh’s endeavour to plant 1 crore saplings on the occassion of hon’ble Telangana CM KCR garu’s birthday on Feb 17th.”
