Mega Power Star Ram Charan after showing his power with Magadheera just in his second film captured the imagination of entire nation. He is dreamed of cashing on this image and finally entered Bollywood with Zanjeer, a remake of yesteryear classic of Big B Amitabh Bachchan. This backfired miserably so much so that all critics ripped him apart for his expressionless face.
He gave up his Bollywood dreams though he showed his acting skills in films like Dhruva and Rangasthalam. Ram Charan however diplomatically answers that if he gets good story he is game for another try in Bollywood. Currently Ram Charan is busy with RRR multi starrer along with NTR under Rajamouli's direction and analysts feel after this film, both NTR and Ram Charan will be flooded with Bollywood offers just like Prabhas after Bahubali sensation.
But many feel Ram Charan missed a golden opportunity to show his power in Bollywood. It is known that Ram Charan fulfilled his dad Megastar Chiranjeevi's dream of donning the role of freedom fighter in Sye Raa. It is known that Chiranjeevi played the role of India's first freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy and Big B Amitabh Bachchan played a pivotal role of Narasimha Reddy's Guru Gosai Venkanna.
Though Chiranjeevi showed his power, his age showed up on screen. It is known that the film was released prestigiously in Bollywood also. Despite intense promotions, it failed to live up to the expectations in B-Town. Many felt had Ram Charan donned the role of Narasimha Reddy, Amitabh's presence would have done wonders and established him in Bollywood.
