Megastar Chiranjeevi is starring in Acharya under the direction of Koratla Siva and will next be doing Lucifer remake. Chiranjeevi is simultaneously shooting for Acharya and is listening to numerous scripts from various directors and finalizing his future projects.
Currently, the script is getting finalised for Lucifer remake to be directed by Mohan Raja of Thani Oruvan fame. The makers are making changes in the original script according to the tastes of the Telugu viewers. Chiranjeevi is reprising the lead role played by Mohan Lal in the original. Speculation is on as to who would play the role played by Tony Thomas.
The names of Rana, Ram Charan and Vijay Devarakonda did rounds. People started getting excited and in the midst of all this, shocking reports are coming that the makers decided to do away with the role.
Inside talk is Mohan Raja discussed with Chiranjeevi and both had decided to chop off that role completely. More details will be revealed during the project launch officially. Ram Charan and NV Passed will jointly be producing Lucifer remake.
