AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is celebrating his birthday today. As we all know, YS Jagan achieved an earth shattering victory during general elections, 2019 with 151 of his MLA contestants clinched fabulous victories from the oppositions. The AP CM has taken some revolutionary decisions in various sectors. However, some of them failed miserably which led to a sort of an anti-incumbency. According to political analysts, YS Jagan can be an outstanding administrator forever with the following changes.
* Free money is being distributed to too many sections of people. The distribution of free money should be limited to needy sections only.
* Too many village secretariat employees have been appointed. Most of them are spending idle lives as they have no proper job chart been allotted by the officials. As they have no much work to do, some of them are running love stories among themselves. The number of secretarial employees should be decreased.
* YS Jagan is facing issues with overboard religionism. Pastors are unnecessarily been given free money every month while the temple priests from Hindu religion are ignored. This discrimination between religions should be given up. No free money should be distributed to any religious groups. Also, YS Jagan should make his wife YS Bharathi attended various rituals at temples along with him. She seems to be a staunch religionist. Being the wife of the CM, her attitude and mindset should be changed.
* Instead of free distribution of money to unneedy sections, YS Jagan should rise the salaries of employees as they were kept prolonged pending.
* Some of the employed groups like teachers are exhibiting steep unrest. The YCP government should understand the root cause of their protests and should solve their issues.
* The prime responsibility of the government is to build roads with an immediate effect as the roads in many areas across the state got destructed.
