Everyone knows how particular Mahesh Babu is about scripts. He has taken immense care while selecting stories for his films which made him the superstar of Tollywood. Mahesh Babu is very particular about strong scripts from directors or else has been mercilessly rejecting the stories.
Under these circumstances, it comes as a surprise when talented hero Adivi Sesh came with a stunner about Mahesh Babu. He rebelled that Mahesh Babu did not even listen to the script of his story. Adivi Sesh who impressed all with his talent as a scriptwriter and director with films like Kshanam, Goodhachari and Yevaru is teaming up with Mahesh Babu for Major.
He said, “Mahesh and Namrata showed lot of faith in me. So the pressure is on me to give the best film. I narrated Major script only to Namrata. Mahesh did not listen to the script but has been providing all the support. Namrata told me that we are doing a great film.”
Major is based on the life of Major Sundeep Unnikrishnan who sacrificed his life to save many in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. The film stars Adivi Sesh, Sobhitha Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, Murali Sharma, Revathi under the direction of Sashi Kiran Tikka.
