Late Dasari Narayana Rao and his disciple Natti Kumar used to raise some unnecessary issues and would make a few useless protests at times. Of course, they would work for the welfare of the small film producers which would certainly be laudable.
Finally, Natti has made some sense with his latest protest. Recently, Tollywood's producers and exhibitors decided to get film theaters in Telugu states reopened from the last week of December. However, all of a sudden, they are contemplating to defer theaters reopening to the month of April, 2021. This is a severely condemnable decision from the big producers. Unless theaters are reopened, audience won't be accustomed to movie watching. Irrespective of the losses or profits to be incurred, the exhibitors and top producers must let theatres to be running in the Telugu states.
Natti raised this issue at a right time and alleged that the big producers of Tollywood are held responsible for the postponement of theaters functioning.
Not only Natti but also millions of film lovers are eagerly awaiting the restart of movie screening. Wish that the top film producers should get their mindsets changed straightaway and should ensure single screens and multiplexes are reopened with an immediate effect.
