Anil Ravipudi's film Sarileru Neekevvaru starring Mahesh Babu and Rashmika Mandanna has set a new record. The fans of Superstar are all gung-ho after Sarileru Neekevvaru has become the most tweeted Telugu tweet of 2020, as per the latest data by Twitter India. The first position went to late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film ‘Dil Bechara’, while Suriya’s recent flick ‘Soorarai Pottru’ stood at the second place.
Meanwhile, the fans of Prince started trending the hashtag #SSMBRuledTwitter2020 as soon as the news broke. The film was a fun riot for its hilarious comic-timings filled with patriotism. In fact, Devi Sri Prasad's foot-tapping numbers such as ‘Mind Block’ was a huge hit. Incidentally, Allu Arjun Ala Vaikunthapurramloo also grabbed many eyeballs. From David Warner to many celebrities dancing to the tune of Butta Bomma to praising Stylish Star for his flawless dance moves. However, the film failed to make it in the list of top trends of Twitter.
On the work front, Mahesh will be seen in Parasuram Petla's Sarkaru Vaari Paata. Starring Keerthy Suresh, the film will have its schedule begin the first half of 2021. The plot of the film revolves around financial frauds and it is said that Mahesh would essay dual roles.
