Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s debut flick Chirutha directed by Puri Jagannadh completes 13 years after its release. The film released amid huge expectations and it ended up as a super hit. Actually, Chirutha was not the title initially.
Puri Jagannadh initially named the film Kurradu with the caption Low Class Area’. Later, he titled the film Chirutha. The title got good response from all the corners, particularly from masses and mega fans.
Ram Charan’s introduction is one of the best introduction scenes in Tollywood. Charan proved his mettle in acting, dances and fights in his very first film. His dances in Eku Baar song amazed movie buffs.
Chirutha still holds the record of highest collected movie for a debutant hero. Neha Sharma played Charan’s love interest in the film for which music was scored by Mani Sharma.
