It's a known news that the AP state's high court issued status quo for ten days to the three capitals gazette passed by the governor Biswabhushan Harichandan.
Ever since the three capitals' gazette was released, the TDP has kept on throwing various challenges to the ruling party. Also, the TDP has been protesting to get the capital retained in Amaravati alone.
However, here comes a huge shocker to the TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu. It's known that the union BJP government has filed an affidavit that the union government had no role in the selection of the capital.
Now that the BJP government has given a clarity on the capital, courts would also do nothing except to give clearance to the governor's order which paves way for trifurcation of capitals.
