People may enjoy any type of movie but the kick one gets from Multi starrers cannot be expressed in words. Multi starrers give them two films on one ticket, double entertainment and so they always long for such kind of films.
Multi starrer films have been an evergreen formula since the days of NTR and ANR but later disappeared from the screen. The trend has been revived with Mahesh Babu, Venkatesh’s Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. Then came Pawan Kalyan, Venkatesh’s Gopala Gopala, Prabhas, Rana’s Baahubali, Venkatesh, Varun Tej’s F2 , Nagarjuna, Nani’s Devdas and Venkatesh, Naga Chaitanya’s Venky Mama.
Currently all eyes on Rajamouli’s RRR which is a multi starrer with Ram Charan and NTR. Similarly Nani and Sudheer Babu are starring in a thriller V under the direction of Indraganti Mohana Krishna. Chiranjeevi’s Acharya will also feature another star and it could be Ram Charan.
Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake will feature two stars and rumours have it that Rana and Ravi Teja would star in it. Kappela is another multi starrer. Vishwak Sen will play one of the lead roles and hunt is on for other star. Maha Samudram to be directed by Ajay Bhupati features Sharwanand and Siddharth. Venkatesh and Varun Tej may entertain once again with F2 sequel, F3.
