Stylish Star Allu Arjun's pan Indian film Pushpa makers initially thought of roping in a Bollywood heroine for their project. But then, they took their decision back looking at the box office fate of Young Rebel Star Prabhas's Saaho.
Prabhas's Saaho was also made as a pan Indian film and the film has Bollywood top heroine Shraddha Kapoor in a female lead role. On the contrary, Prabhas's another pan Indian film Baahubali franchise had South heroine Anushka and Tamannah in female leads.
Keeping Baahubali hit sentiment in mind, team Pushpa preferred South heroine Rashmika Mandanna instead of a Bollywood heroine. However, Saaho flop sentiment doesn't have any impact with second heroines and special songs. As such, Pushpa team is planning to rope in Bollywood heroin Ananya Pande for a special song.
Meanwhile, Prabhas and Nag Ashwin's pan world filmmakers have preferred Bollywood heroine Deepika Padukone in a lead actress. Prabhas fans wish Saaho flop sentiment wouldn't be continued with Nag Ashwin's project.
