As expected the AP government has deferred the AP EAMCET and seven other CETs to the third week of September. Earlier, the EAMCEt was scheduled between July 27 and 31st of July.
In the wake of outspread of coronavirus pandemic All India entrance examinations like JEE Main, Advanced, BITSAT, and TS EAMCET have been postponed by respective boards. Besides, private universities have also got their entrance exams either cancelled or postponed.
The education minister Adimulapu Suresh, however, made it clear that Degree and PG examinations would be conducted for sure.
