YS Jagan Showing Stars to Teachers

YS Jagan's Silly Decision on Teachers

Literally, government teachers of Andhra Pradesh state are feeling like a hell on the earth with the absurd decision taken up by the state's education department as per the directions of the CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Three days ago, the YSRCP government ordered the teachers to attend schools mandatorily. Wonder what teachers were further ordered to ensure not even a single child attended schools. But then, what's the use of turning up to schools without children? Should teachers teach to the walls and empty benches? For these questions, the government came up with some absurd answers. The government asks the teachers to supervise Nadu-Nedu (some repairs and patch works of school buildings and infrastructure) activities.

Above all, the government ordered the teachers to take biometric attendance which is highly dangerous in this abnormal spread of the pandemic. On the other hand, teachers have to travel through many red zones and containment zones on their way to schools everyday and there are high proximity of community spread of the disease among teachers.

Having castigated YSRCP's 'Tughlaq' kind of administration, educationists are advising the government to make teachers busy with online tuition classes to the students. In fact, most of the teachers are already working at home through online classes for the students of their schools.
