Vijayawada YSRCP leader, Tollywood's popular producer Prasad Vara Potluri, more commanly known as PVP, was taken into custody by the Banjara Hills police in Hyderabad on Wednesday, for allegedly threatening his neighbour.
A person named Vikram Kailash lodged a complaint against PVP at Banjara Hills police station, Hyderabad, alleging that PVP and his men assaulted him over land at Banjara Hills road no 14. However, PVP is claiming that he has the documents of the land.
Both PVP and Vikram Kailash did not see eye to eye over a film production. Vikram told that he brought a house in Villas owned by PVP and staying with his family there. He said PVP while purchasing the property did not inform him of the terms and conditions and when they are now modifying the house, they came and destroyed the construction.
He said PVP indulged in such acts even earlier and requested cops to act against him. Banjara Hills police said they would investigate the complaint filed by Vikram Kailash. Police received three complaints against PVP alleging that PVP and his men threatened Vikram asking him not to construct a garden on the terrace.
