It's a huge sigh of relief! Drawing down the curtains of all the tittle-tattle on the lockdown's extension, the PM Narendra Modi promulgated that there would be no further extension of lockdown.
"In fact, unlockdown 1.0 is being implemented at the moment and we should mull over on the decisions to be taken during unlockdown 2.0," replied the PM to Telangana CM KCR who raised the question on the extension of lockdown.
Ever since so many relaxations have been given from the lockdown after June 1, there has been a sudden spike in corona positive cases which threw people into skeptical on the extension of the lockdown. By and large, the PM has taken a pivotal decision.
As is known, the lockdown resulted in the economic crisis in India. Migrant workers and daily wagers starved for food while employees and workers of many sectors couldn't win bread for their families with the shutdown of companies and firms. The PM is said to have taken a wise decision on ending the lockdown in India. Ongoing lockdown will be continued till June 30.
