With the spike of positive cases being recorded with each passing day, the total number of corona positive cases in India shot up to 62808 at the moment taking India's position to 14 among world countries in terms of the tally of corona positive cases.
Until some days go, it was thought India would never reach China's number of total positive cases of corona. But then, no spike in corona positive cases has been reported consistently in China for the past couple of day while on the contrary, corona cases in India have kept on increasing.
China's total number of corona positive cases stands at 82+k at the moment. As per the trends, India will cross China in 10 days taking the position to 11 at the world level.
As of 19301 COVID patents recovered from the disease while 41402 active cases are under treatment. The total number of fatalities clocks at 2101.
