Ramayanam project is a lifetime dream for mega producer Allu Aravind. The legendary producer announced Ramayanam trilogy officially two years ago. Madhu Mantena and Namit Malhotra were supposed to collaborate the mega producer for this ultimate mega mythological venture.
Each part of Ramayanam trilogy was supposed to be made with Rs.500 crore which all put together Rs.1500 crores.
Mega Power Star Ram Charan was supposed to play the protagonist lord Rama in the film. Subsequently, Allu Aravind released Ram Charan's stills as lord Rama unofficially and which went viral on net.
However, all of a sudden, mega producer kept stoic silence on Ramayanam. Since Ram Charan committed unexpectedly for Rajamouli's RRR, Allu Aravind has kept the details of Ramayanam under wraps for time being.
According to another source, Allu Aravind fell in a state of doldrums, until some days ago, whether to let the project materialized or not. But then, the humongous success of Ramayanam TV serial re-aired by Doordarshan has given the mega producer enormous confidence on his Ramayanam project. The serial, as we know, created all time world record on April 16 with 7.7 crore viewership recorded on that day's episode.
It's hoped the biggest announcement would be made by Allu Aravind this year end.
