Apparently, AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is going too aggressively with innovative reforms being implemented by him in education department. He is all set to introduce English medium in all schools with the consent of parents. Besides, lot of infrastructure facilities are being provided to all government schools under 'Nadu-Nedu' scheme.
YS Jagan stood first in cancelleing annual examinations for all classes excluding SSC. And now, the government has decided to conduct SSC examinations which earlier were deferred indefinitely owing to ongoing lockdown.
The AP educational minister Adimulapu Suresh, on Tuesday, asserted that SSC examinations would be conducted two weeks later the lockdown is lifted. However, the minister made it clear that social distancing and facial masks would made mandatory for the students.
Telangana CM KCR, however, has been silent on the conduct of SSC examinations. Unless the government issues any official statement like AP government, lakhs of Telangana students would get frustrated with their future. Hence, the TS government is hoped to take the crucial decision at the earliest.
