People will be surprised but it is coming out that a senior actor once refused to give his house to King Nagarjuna's son Naga Chaitanya. Right after getting married, Chaitu and Samantha started searching to acquire a new house. Both did not like any and Chaitu got frustrated.
During that time, he happened to see senior actor Murali Mohan's house. Chaitu asked Murali Mohan but he said that the house is not for sale and he constructed it for him, his son and his brother.
Chaitu who liked the house dearly told the same to Nagarjuna who entered the scene and spoke with Murali Mohan. He told him that Chaitu loved the house and requested him to reconsider his decision.
As Nag and Murali Mohan share good relations, he changed his decision and gave the house to Chaitu. Murali Mohan revealed that he shares a good bonding with Nagarjuna's family and both shared screen presence in many films.
