Many criticized megastar Chiranjeevi when he announced to make his comeback with remake of Kathi. The film titled Khaidi No 150 stood as non-Baahubali hit. Chiru then proved that, his craze is still intact, though he took long break from films to concentrate on politics. Now, it’s his brother Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s turn to prove the same.
Pawan Kalyan who was last seen in Agnyaathavaasi is making reappearance on screen with Vakeel Saab. Like his brother Chiru, Pawan Kalyan too chose a remake. The film directed by Sriram Venu is remake of Hindi hit Pink. Dil Raju in association with Boney Kapoor is bankrolling the project.
Like how Chiru faced criticism, Pawan Kalyan too was panned for doing a remake as his comeback film. Nonetheless, the response for first look poster and lyrical video of first song Maguva Maguva composed by S Thaman proved that he is still the king in the business.
Director Sriram Venu with help of his team made enough changes to the script, including commercial ingredients that will appeal to fans and Telugu audience. There will be enough of heroism elevation scenes much to the delight of mega fans.
Already, demand is huge for the theatrical and other rights of the film. Once teaser will be out, sky will be the limit for the prospects on the film. May 15th is almost finalized as the film’s release date.
