When TDP was ruling AP state between 2014 and 2019, Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna would avail the advantage as a ruling party's MLA and exhibited overboard attitude in some platforms.
Balakrishna would attend Lepakshi Utsavalu every year. He would play Krishna Devarayalu role in the skits. Though Balakrishna participated quite actively in the festivities, some of his statements turned controversial. He would feel Lepakshi utsavalu as if his own family's personal celebrations. Leaving the scribes stunned, he stated, "There's no need Chiranjeevi is invited here."
All those golden days of TDP have gone. Right now, YSRCP is ruling AP. As per Chandrababu's order, Balakrishna keeps mum and stays against controversial statements. He hasn't attended Lepakshi Utsavalu of this year. Perhaps, CBN asked Balayya not to go to the celebrations sensing if Balakrishna would further make any damage to the TDP with his arrogant statements.
On the movies front, Balakrishna is working with Boyapati Srinu for a mass entertainer. He is romancing Shriya and Anjali in this film.
