Lavanya Tripathi after becoming Miss Uttarakhand cast a magic spell on movie lovers with Andala Rakshasi. She never looked back and scored hits like Doosukeltha, Bhale Bhale Magadivoy, Soggade Chinni Nayana and Srirasthu Subhamastu.
However, when many expected her to reach the next level of stardom, she slid as fast as she gained her reputation. She recently impressed with her performance in Arjun Suravaram and is now starring in A1 Express along with Sundeep Kishan under the direction of Dennis Jeevan Kanukolanu.
Sundeep and Lavanya are turning hockey players in the film. Lavanya is training hard in the sport to gain perfection for her role. Speaking about it she surprised all saying she did not know much about hockey since it is rarely played in schools and colleges though it is the national game. She said she plays badminton and cricket.
Lavanya stated that she used to shuttle between Chennai and Hyderabad as she used to get trained in Hyderabad and shoot in Chennai. She added that she even rode an RX100 bike in the film.
