Super Star Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar form the most romantic couple of Tollywood even after 15 years of marriage. Namrata on Valentine's Day shared the secrets about their romantic journey.
She was surprised to know that except for Sharmila Tagore and Tiger Pataudi, no other celebrity relationship is without any scandal. Though she thought Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu's relationship is near perfect, she was reminded that Dilip Kumar had a relationship outside marriage.
She said neither she nor Mahesh came up with the idea of unfaithful to each other. She surprised all saying "Mahesh is so shy that, he doesn’t even speak to his heroines after a shot". She said it all comes down to trust and she envies her marriage as many marriages are going wrong around her.
Mahesh and Namrata met in the sets of Vamshi the only film they romanced on screen. She surprised all saying “Mahesh and I met on the sets of a film called Vamshi. It’s the only film that I did with him and it’s the worst film in both of our careers." She said, however, both will be grateful to Vamshi as they immediately knew that both were made for each other.
She said Mahesh's family was skeptical of her though they had nothing against her and there was nothing wrong as even her parents were skeptical of Mahesh. She added that it took four years for Mahesh to convince his family members that she was the right wife for him and she during that time had to just wait as they hardly met. She said though she had anxiety, she was sure in her heart that she wanted to marry Mahesh and no one else.
She adds that she doesn't want time for other things and away from Mahesh as she really misses even if he goes out for two days. She said she does take care of Mahesh's endorsements and rubbished rumors that she chooses scripts for him. She said if I had any script sense I wouldn’t have done some of the awful films that I did during my brief career in Hindi cinema.”
Namrata said she had no unfulfilled wish as her life with Mahesh is a dream and both have only eyes for each other.
