In what could be said a huge shocker to Thalapathy Vijay, his house and other properties of the actor were raided by IT sleuths on Wednesday. In addition to Vijay's house, IT officials carried out raids in the production house of the producer Bigil.
Reportedly, IT sleuths carried out raids in 38 locations and seized the property worth Rs.24 crore. Some documents which indicate the tax evasion were seized by the officials.
On the other hand, Vijay was shooting for his new film Master at Caddalore when the raids were being carried out by the IT sleuths. Further, it's heard Vijay was questioned by Caddalore police.
Vijay's latest ventures Sarkar and Bigil stood as super hits at the box office.
