Janasena and BJP's new alliance is bringing shivers down the spines of TDP's top top leaders. Both JSP and BJP's leaders proclaimed during their media interaction that they would aim at assuming power in next general elections. Obviously, they intend dominate AP's politics throwing ruling and main opposition parties into backseat.
The TDP, the Janasena and the BJP had an alliance during 2014's general elections. After a couple of years, BJP intentionally wanted to have a break up with the TDP as the latter took the credit of everything including BJP's own schemes. Having sensed the BJP's reluctance, TDP, itself, came out of the alliance.
Post the disastrous performance in 2019's general elections, TDP deciphered that it would perform better only with the support of the BJP. Eventually, it tried hard to collaborate BJP again but its attempts went in vain. Much to the party's shocker, Janasena tied up with the BJP.
Here, the million dollar question is that why did BJP exhibit that hatred on the TDP? Is it due to TDP has no enough strength to get rejuvenated and Pawan Kalyan's charisma is too high?
According to some BJP leaders, Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna is the reason for the BJP's hatred on TDP. "Balakrishna publicly hurled abusive language on PM Narendra Modi's mother. It's an unpardonable offence. Moreover, Chandrababu Naidu didn't reprimand Balakrishna on the latter's derogatory marks on Modi. This is even bigger offence. This maybe the prime reason BJP's high command didn't prefer alliance with the TDP," a BJP's activist said.
But then, most of the BJP's leaders contradict with this view. They foresee an emerging leader in Pawan Kalyan in AP's politics. Besides, Pawan Kalyan is the crowd puller who is adored by millions of fans. This factor is the main reason BJP gets collaborated the Janasena.
