The high power committee, that was appointed by the AP state government to study on GN Rao's committee report and Boston report on capital shift, recommended innumerable attractive sops to secretariat employees for shifting to Vizag from Amaravati. * Every employee will get 200 square yards site in Vizag with a very economical price.
* All permissions will be sanctioned for these sites and no registration fee would be levied.
* Every employed would be given Rs.25 lakh towards house building allowance.
* Transport charges from Rs.500000 to Rs.1 lakh would be paid for shifting.
* Employees are ensured to pay less prices for being tenants
* 5 working days per a week would be continued for three more years.
* Canteen and medical treatment facilities would be provided.
* Pending DAs would be paid and new PRC would be implemented.
