Vijay Kumar played late NTR's role in Lakshmi's NTR. He is a drama artist. Some media houses reported that his wife was suffering from breast cancer. Having known about it, Balakrishna let her get treated in his Basavarama Tarakam hospital for free of cost. Mentioning it, media hailed Natasimham for his generosity on the actor in spite of the actor played negative role in Lakshmi's NTR.
However, Vijay Kumar, himself, confirmed in a media house that the news is merely a fake. "It's true that my wife was suffering from breast cancer and underwent surgery in another hospital. I heard that chemotherapy is done well in Basavarama Tarakam hospital. That's why I admitted my wife in this hospital. In fact, Balakrishna garu didn't know all these details. Had he known, he could have shown his charity," says Vijay Kumar.
Balakrishna is collaborating Boyapati Srinu for a mass entertainer at the moment.
