Super Star Mahesh Babu's upcoming entertainer Sarileru Neekevvaru directed by Anil Ravipudi is all set to show power on silver screen during Sankranti next year. Already the film's first look, teaser and couple of songs got immense response.
It is known that Mahesh Babu is playing the role of an Army Major Ajay Krishna, posted in Kashmir in the film. Mahesh gets attracted to sandalwood beauty Rashmika Mandanna while on his way back to his native town Kurnool in a train.
Anil Ravipudi revealed the inspiration behind Sarileru Neekevvaru. He said, "I was inspired by the real life happenings in the life of a soldier while traveling in a train. The soldier was alone in the train and returning home and we interacted on various topics.
Though he was interacting with me, his entire concentration was on his duty and I understood that though soldiers go to their houses, they will be thinking of their duty. At the same time I realized that soldiers too have similar kind of emotions like everyone of us."
