Makers of Mahesh Babu’s ongoing film Sarileru Neekevvaru released a funny video on Diwali to convey a message that there is no need of early promotions when release date is far-off. In the video Vennela Kishore and Subbaraj are seen discussing about key scenes in the film, then director Anil Ravipudi interrupts them saying it is not the right time to give such leaks. Many felt the video was meant to criticize Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramloo makers for indulging in early promotions.
Curiously, the video got lukewarm response with mere 20K views. This gives the picture of how damp squib the video was. Apparently, the reason for the indifferent response is absence of Mahesh Babu in it and also because the video was not uploaded in the actor’s official YouTube channel.
Starring Rashmika Mandanna, Vijayashanti and Prakash Raj in key roles, Sarileru Neekevvaru is slated for Sankranthi release. Hope, the makers will come up with an exciting content next time to come out of the embarrassing situation.
