Megastar Chiranjeevi had all praises on director Rajamouli at the venue of Sye Raa Narasimhareddy's pre release event. He proclaimed that there is no Sye Raa unless there was no Baahubali.
"I thought of doing Uyyalaada Narasimhareddy project 12 years ago. My films were usually made with Rs.40 crores then. But then, we estimated that the budget for Sye Raa project would exceed to even Rs.70 crores which made us the project called off.
However, Baahubali's phenomenal success proved the fact that even if you make a film with hundreds of crores budget, you will get your budget recovered with a right film. That's why, without Baahubali, there is no Sye Raa. Way back in 1980, Shankarabharanam brought respect to Telugu people. Later, Baahubali also made Telugu people respected. And now, Sye Raa will also bring respect to Telugu people. I'm speaking in t terms of 'respect' of films but not collections," Megastar said.
