A never witnessed anti-incumbency led TDP lost the power with a humiliating defeat in the electoral battle. Besides, YSRCP shocked everyone winning the battle with a humongous majority in the elections. The party won 151 MLA seats and 22 MP seats.

Much to YSRCP's embarrassment, the results came against their favour. The survey report says YSRCP would lose 70 MLA seats if the elections are held right now.
