Dear Comrade Hindi Rights For Whopping Price

Ever since Arjun Reddy’s Hindi remake Kabir Singh turned out to be a blockbuster, Bollywood top producers are keeping an eye on the happening star’s next outings. As is known, Bollywood star producer Karan Johar after watching Vijay Devarakonda’s Dear Comrade in a special screening before its release had announced of buying Hindi remake rights.

Now, it is coming out that, Karan Johar spent a bomb to acquire Hindi rights of Dear Comrade. He is learnt to have shelled out whopping Rs 6 Crores. He is planning to rope in a popular Bollywood star to reprise Vijay Devarakonda in Hindi version. It is also learnt that, the ace filmmaker will be making the film on lavish budget.

Rashmika Mandanna played Vijay Devarakonda’s love interest in Dear Comrade directed by Bharat Kamma. The film that got mixed response from critics is doing decent business at box office in its first week.
