TV Reality Show Bigg Boss season 3 to be hosted by King Nagarjuna will be aired from tomorrow. Today, Osmania University (OU) students who earlier gave a call to lay siege of the house of Nagarjuna have staged protest at the actor’s house.
The OU Students demand Nagarjuna and the organizers of Bigg Boss to stop the show. They question Nagarjuna how he could host a show which humiliates women and degrades Brand Image Of Hyderabad. This caused a great tension at Nagarjuna’s house. Police arrested the protestors and took them to Jubilee Hills Police Station.
It is known that, a journalist Swetha Reddy and a female character artist Gayathri Gupta complained against the show that the organizers were demanding sexual favors to be part of this show. They even approached the police and an FIR was registered.
OU students then filed a petition with the State Human Rights Commission requesting for an inquiry into the issue of ‘casting couch’ being used to select women participants in the show. If the organizers were found guilty, the show should be banned, they demanded.
