Females develop cold feet at the mere mention of super star Mahesh Babu's name. This despite the fact that Mahesh Babu often makes fun of his heroines with sarcastic comments on their accent, behavior, body language and physique in his films. Still Mahesh's filmmakers create similar roles for him.
In the meantime Mahesh Babu shared startling secrets about his debut film Rajakumarudu directed by K Raghavendra Rao. He said, “Paruchuri brothers started narrating me the story of Rajakumarudu in the presence of Raghavendra Rao. After some time I happened to see a rubber band on the table. I remembered my childhood days and started playing with the rubber band till Paruchuri brothers completed their narration. Raghavendra Rao after Paruchuri brothers left, called me and told 'neeku katha nachchakapoinaa.. nachchinatlu pravartinchu.. nuvvilaa aadukunte darsakudi confidence taggipotundi..' From then on I never did behave in such manner."
Mahesh Babu who recently scored a hit with his milestone 25th film Maharshi is currently busy with his next Sarileru Neekevvaru under the direction of Anil Ravipudi. The film is scheduled for release during Sankranthi, 2020.
