Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi who was seen in a negative role in Ram Charan’s last outing Vinaya Vidheya Rama has landed himself in a controversy when he tweeted a repulsive meme about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's affair with Salman, him and marriage with Abhishek Bachchan, and compared it to the ongoing elections.
Besides posting the meme, he stated, “Haha! creative! No politics here....just life.” Vivek had drawn a wily comparison between the poll result and Aishwarya Rai's personal life. He brought up the fact that she had once dated Salman Khan (calling it opinion poll), but later dated him (exit poll) and finally settled down with Abhishek Bachchan (the end result).
Vivek is trolled on Twitter as netizens expressed their shock at the fact that he would bring up the matter again. Sonam Kapoor, who is always one of the first to voice her opinions on such matters, took to Twitter and slammed him outright in a curt tweet. Retweeting a journalist's comment on the tweet, Sonam wrote, "Disgusting and classless."
Currently, Vivek is awaiting the release of his PM Narendra Modi, which will hit the screens on May 24.
