Arjun Suravaram starring Nikhil and Lavanya Tripathi has been postponed. The film directed by TN Santosh was scheduled for release on May 1st. But, as to avoid clash with the Hollywood giant Avengers: Endgame, they pushed the film to other date.
Interestingly, Asian Movies that acquired theatrical rights of Arjun Suravaram takes the blame of the film’s postponement. They in fact mentioned Avengers’s storm as the reason behind the film’s postponement.
They released a press statement saying it was they who requested producers, cast and crew of Arjun Suravaram to release the film on a better date. “They have obliged our request and we will be releasing the movie soon after Maharshi,” they said.
About the film, they stated, “We have complete confidence that the product we have in hand is good and will be a wholesome entertainer that will connect to all section of audience.”
Arjun Suravaram theatrical trailer launch planned today has got cancelled. The film has already cleared the censor formalities with U/A certificate.
